Peugeot reveals its 2008 DKR for 2015

After dominating Pikes Peak last year with Sebastian Loeb at the wheel of the 208 Pikes peak, Peugeot revealed the 2008 DKR which is set to compete in next year's Dakar race (which shall I remind you, still doesn't take place in Dakar due to political unrest). Once again, the Peugeot race car is going to be driven by another rally legend: Carlos Sainz alog Cyril Despres, five-time Dakar Rally Bike champion.

No details about the power unit have been released yet, but we still have the photo gallery below to see how beastly the 2008 looks wearing its 37-inch Michelin shoes. Stay tuned for more!

The Peugeot SR1 concept: a Peugeot that looks good?

I'm going to start by a look back to a particular Peugeot model: the Peugeot 406 coupé.

If the nearly thirteen years old car looked (and still looks) good, it's mainly because it didn't have those huge headlights that have been dramatically growing up since the xx7 Peugeot models (as you can see in the 907 concept pictured below). And that of course is in a big part thanks to the Pininfarina designers.

But apparently things are going to change with the new SR1 concept which is due to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show next march.
