Marussia MR02 Revealed, now has KERS

Marussia F1 Team revealed its 2013 MR02 F1 car this morning at the Circuito de Jerez. The car is a huge improvement over last year, both aesthetically and technologically. The MR02 have completed the full 2012 season without KERS but things are about to change this year thanks to the integration of a KERS system developped by Williams Advanced Engineering.

We hope to see Marussia and Caterham join the rest of the field this year in terms of speed. That would make the 2013 season which already looks very promising, even more exciting. More pictures of the MR02 to come...

2013 Caterham CT03 Revealed

As the first session of winter testing started at the Circuito de Jerez, Caterham unveiled the CT03 F1 car. The car keeps its stepped nose from last year and features hugely revised side pods. The car looks good, even though we prefer last year's livery, but will it bring better results this year?

Red Bull Racing RB9 Revealed!

Red Bull revealed the 2013 RB9 and it looks pretty similar to last year's car from the outside.

2013 Sauber C32-Ferrari Revealed!

Today, Sauber F1 unveiled their Ferrari powered single seater. The Swiss team hopes to continue with the series of good results that they achieved last year with the new car. The C32 features a partially hidden version of the stepped nose and a totally different livery. The new design also shows revised side pods as well as their surrounding aero elements.

By the same occasion, the driver lineup was confirmed with Nico Hulkenberg coming from Force India and Esteban Gutierrez, the team's former reserve driver. So things are looking good for both drivers since Sauber seems to be in shape for better results after four podiums last year. We are a little bit sad though to see Kamuni Kobayashi leave the team.

It seems that Mercedes AMG will be unveiling their W04 online today for the first time, so stay tuned!

Sahara Force India VJM06 Revealed

Sahara Force India is the fourth Formula 1 team to unveil its 2013 single seater. And just like Ferrari, the stepped nose is gone (or is it?). As you can see in the pictures below, Paul di Resta is posing alone with the VJM06 and that's because the name of his team mate is yet to be confirmed.

Tomorrow will be Sauber's turn to unveil the 2013 car. So stay tuned!

2013 Ferrari F138 Revealed!

We're a little bit surprised that the new Ferrari F138 doesn't feature the ugly stepped nose from last year but we're not sure if they used long rumored "vanity plate" which allows to hide the stepped nose. And the fact that Mr Stefano Domenicalli pointed out that the F138 pointed out at the presentation this morning that the F138 is an evolution from last year's car reinforces this possibility. But one thing is sure, the car looks much more appealing!

As you can see in the picture below, the differences between last year's and this year's car are easier to spot, especially with the stepped nose now gone.

Force India will also be revealing the VJM06 today so stay tuned!

2013 Lotus E21 Single Seater Revealed, Has a Steering Wheel Perfect for Kimster!

Lotus is the first Formula 1 team to unveil its 2013 car and we're a little bit surprised to see that the stepped nose is still visible. But it seems that we'll have to expect that from a few other teams.

As you can see, the Lotus E21's steering wheel has everything that the iceman needs: the mute button, the nap button, the "Button" button and of course the Banana button! But it seems that the E21 has some secret weapons that might or might not be in the scope of the regulations like the "Deploy Angry Bird" button and the "Jump" button.

This season Kimi won't have any issues returning to the race track thanks to the new "sat nav" button. We'll let you dig through all the other features..

As I'm writing this psot, you can still follow the official unveiling event on Live on Youtube. So hurry up while you still can! Next up will be McLaren who will be unveiling their 2013 car on January 31st, so stay tuned!
