Faithful to its words, Lamborghini has finally put the Sesto Elemento concept into production. The 1000 Kg (2204 pounds !) carbon reinforced-polymer piece of wonder will be limited to only 20 units. But we're glad that Lamborghini has finally decided to build it. In a world full of super-fat supercars, the Sesto Elemento helps us to have faith that some supercar makers still care about keeping the weight down.

The Sesto Elemento is a truly outstanding car, and one of its strengths is its power to weight ratio of 1.77 Kg per Hp, thanks in part to the Gallardo LP570-4 sourced 5.2-liter V10 producing 562 Hp. To keep this fantastic figure, we hope that Lamborghini will carefully pick the 20 lucky future owners, and we kind of have an idea what the most important criterion should be...

Talking about how exclusive the car is, each customer will pay 1.5 million Euros to own this wonderful piece of engineering. But we don't think selling the 20 units will be a problem...

The Sesto Elemento is yet another proof (besides the Aventador J Speedster) of how crazy the Sant'Agata guys are, and we want them to keep working that way. You can find more pictures of the building process Lambo-style in the gallery below.
