Two very special raging bulls hit the Vellunga track ahead of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Final this weekend: The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento and the Lamborghini Veneno.
The Veneno is powered by a boosted version of the Aventador's 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces 750 Hp and sends power to all four wheels. This allows it to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.9 seconds and hit a top speed of 355 Km/h (220 mph) thanks in part to its low weight of 1,490 kg (3,278 pounds). Only three coupé versions that were sold for $4.5million plus a concept car exist.
The Sesto Elemento is the result of a long series of light weight materials researches that will benefit for future Lamborghini models. The weight has been kept down to 999Kg (2,020 pounds) despite the presence of a massive V10 engine producing 570 Hp! This allows the raging bull to go from 0 to 100 Km/h (62 mph) in less than 2.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 300 Km/H (186 mph). Only 20 units exist with a price tag of $2million.
More stunning shots after the jump.
UPDATE: Video added. The Veneno makes an amazing sound!
