Meet the new Mercedes-Benz Concept Style Coupe


This beautifully sculpted concept car could serve as a basis for the long rumored CLA small four-door coupe (or compact sedan). The future model will offer a smaller alternative to the CLS in an already very complete lineup. The concept car is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine developing 208 Hp. Koenigsegg Agera R Breaks the 400 Km/h barrier at The Ring

The Koenigsegg Agera R is an astonishingly fast machine. After breaking six land speed records now we have the chance to see it break the 400 Km/h (250 mph) barrier in motion at the Nürburgring Nordschleife pit straight. Just in case you are lazy enough to not click this link, here's a reminder of the Agera R's technical specs: Power comes from a bespoke turbocharged V8 producing 1115 Hp and 1200 Nm of torque. The car weights just 1330 kg (2932 pounds). That allows it to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds. The 300 Km/h barrier is broken in just 14.53 seconds, more than two seconds faster than the Veyron SS.

Now i'm just wondering if the Agera R is capable of improving the recorded top speed of 402 Km/h knowing that the pit straight of the green hell is a little narrow and bumpy...

VIDEO: The 2013 Dodge Viper Finally Revealed!


It's finally here! The long awaited Viper. And we couldn't be more excited to finally be able to see it from every angle. The 2013 SRT Viper is powered by a naturally aspirated 8.4-liter V10 developping 640 Hp with monstrous torque figure of 600 lb-ft. The third generation Viper is fitted with stability and traction control and also cruise control unlike the first two generations. SRT is also offering a GTS variant which includes some advanced technologies such as the active suspension. More importantly, the new Viper kept its beautiful curvy lines which made it such an iconic modern American muscle car. BMW i8 Spyder Concept Makes you Want to Go Hybrid (UPDATE)


This is BMW's Spyder version of its i8 Hybrid concept, and it looks even more appetizing than the coupe version in my opinion. With the absence of those fantasy glass doors that we used to see on the coupe, this sypder version looks closer to the production phase, which is a good thing.

Power is provided by a hybrid powertrain featuring a three cylinder petrol engine developping 220 Hp and driving the rear wheels and an electric motor developping 129 Hp that powers the front wheels. Which gives us an all-wheel drive hybrid sports car with a total output of 349 Hp. Naught to 62 mph is expected to be hit in 5 seconds with a top speed of 250 Km/h (155mph). The i8 Spyder is has a range of 30 Km when using nothing but electricity.

After this, and the Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid concept, I learned to love hybrids. What about you?
