You Might Need to Wait For One year To Get your Corvette Sting Ray Z51

While SRT is struggling to sell its gorgeous Viper (for reasons we don't know), GM is facing a year long waiting list for the Chevy Corvette Sting Ray equipped with the Z51 performance package (which represents three quarters of the Corvette C7 orders). Looking at the picture above, we can understand why.

The Z51 performance package includes a three-mode electronic limited slip differential, larger slotted brake discs, dry-sump oil system, upgraded dampers, bigger wheels (19 inches in the front, 20 inches in the rear), sportier gear ratios, new suspension and an aero package that makes it look even better.

2014 Shelby GT500 SuperSnake Raises $235 at Auction

Another great muscle car sold for the good cause. This beautiful Shelby GT500 Supersnake raised a healthy $235k at an auction event that took place earlier this week. It actually raised more money than the Mustang Cobra Jet sold at Barrett-Jackson. The whole sum was then donated to the American Cancer Society to help cancer research.

2014 Ford Mustang Cobra Jet Prototype Sold for $200k

This beautiful orange Mustang Cobra Jet prototype (SN #2014 BJMS CJXX1) was sold at Barrett-Jackson in Las Vegas for $200k. That's a $100k more than the asking price which will be going to aid the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. We would like to congratulate the anonymous buyer who thanks to his generous offer became an honorary member of Team Mustang. That allows him to keep an eye on the latest developments made in Ford's production and racing departments.

Pick of the Day: 775 Hp Stanced Mustang

We're not really used to have stanced American muscle cars. Until now, it was something reserved for Japanese and German cars. But now that we've seen this Mustang, one can wonder why this has not been done before!

This one of a kind Mustang that belongs to Omar Hashmi is not there just to look pretty. The muscle car's engine has been tweaked to produce 775 Hp. That allows it to devour the quarter mile in 10 seconds! To complete the beastly look, the car rides on 19 inch VIP Modular VRC13s in a custom copper finish that suits the main tan-camouflage plastidip paint finish as hell!
