Nissan Sport Sedan concept Revealed [VIDEO]


Nissan unveiled the Sport Sedan Concept which came to preview a future production model at the Detroit Auto Show. The concept comes with a two-tone futuristic interior and aluminum wheels measuring 21 inches. Power comes from a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces more than 300 hp and mounted to a sport-tuned Xtronic continuously variable transmission (CVT).

Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge Fully Revealed


Infiniti released more pictures and details about the beautiful Q50 Eau Rouge concept at the Detroit Auto Show. The four door saloon features a bespoke aerodynamic carbon fiber bodywork that includes a new front splitter, a carbon fiber roof, new side skirts, a rear diffuser and a large integrated rear spoiler. Also part of the package are the huge 21-inch lightweight wheels.

Infiniti also revealed more details on the power plant without being specific. The production version of the Eau Rouge will in fact produce more than 500 Hp and 600 lb/ft of torque according to Johan de Nysschen, President of Infiniti Motor Company Limited. He also commented: "The engine we are evaluating for the Q50 Eau Rouge is a big personality, V-cylinder engine with forced induction. I think our engineers have been waiting for a project like this..." Does that mean that this is the four door GT-R we've been waiting for? BMW should keep an eye on this car since this might be a new competitor for their M5.

Corvette C7.R Fully Revealed [VIDEO]


There's a lot going on in Detroit. Shortly after the Corvette Z06 was officially revealed, we have the chance to discover the new Corvette C7.R race car. Unlike the Z06, the new race car is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.5-liter V8 engine which is expected to produce more than 485 Hp which is the output of the previous C6 race car. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed sequential gearbox.

The new 2014 C7.R will make its racing debut on January 25 at the 52nd Rolex 24 at Daytona. Two cars will be entered by Corvette Racing at the season opener of the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship. More pictures and details in the press release after the jump.


Toyota FT-1 Concept Revealed at Detroit [VIDEO]


We were expecting Toyota to bring a Supra successor to Detroit but it turns out they were cooking another design study for us. Dubbed FT-1, the new concept car features an aggressive design and is described by Toyota as an ideally balanced front-engine, rear wheel-drive layout that is powered by a high-technology, high performance internal combustion engine.

Not further details on the power train have been released but the model will be made available as downloadable content for Gran Turismo 6 players if you'd like to give it a try. You will find more details and pictures in the press release after the jump.


Corvette C7 Z06 Officially Revealed [VIDEO]


After the first leaked official pictures hit the web yesterday, now we can learn all the juicy details about the new Corvette Z06 after its official unveiling at the Detroit Autoshow Today. We finally got the confirmation that the Z06 is powered by all-new V8 6.2-liter LT4 supercharged engine producing at least 625 hp and 861 Nm of torque. The engine sends power to the rear wheels either through a 7-speed manual gearbox or the newly developed 8-speed automatic transmission.

The Z06 features an aggressive carbon fiber body kit that includes a new front splitter, a modified front bumper, wider fenders, a modified hood, a modified rear bumper and a rear spoiler. Are part of the package are the Michelin Pilot Super Sport Cup Tires, carbon ceramic-matrix brakes and the 19-inch alloy wheels. The Z06 is expected to go on sale earlier next year. 2014 SRT Viper Gran Touring Package Revealed in Stryker Green


SRT has unveiled the new Stryker Green paint for the Viper GTS which is said to be inspired by the iconic Snakeskin Green from 2008. The new color will be available for customers who opt for the newly introduced Grand Touring package. The latter includes some interior and handling tweaks like the standard Nappa leather seats, five different modes for the stability control and a two-mode Bilstein damper system.

For those who are wondering if the fan-named "Competition Blue" color will be available with the Grand Touring package, you won't be served. The Grand Touring package is only available in the new Stryker Green color or in Venom Black. More pictures and details in the press release after the jump.

2015 Corvette Z06 Leaked Ahead of Detroit


We finally got our hands on the first official images of the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and we couldn't be more excited to see what it looks like! The Z06 has a very aggressive body with a sophisticated aero kit including a new front splitter, a modified front bumper, wider fenders, a modified hood, a modified rear bumper and a rear spoiler.

The Z06 is now confirmed with 620 hp and 880 Nm of torque but it's still not known whether motivation comes from a naturally aspirated or a turbocharged V8. Stay tuned as the car will be publicly unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show next week.

2015 Lexus RC F Leaked


As the NAIAS Detroit Auto Show is around the corner, the first leaked pictures of the most anticipated cars are starting to hit the web. Earlier today, we showed you the first pictures of the 2015 Subaru WRX STi and now it's the RC F's turn.

The sportier version of the Lexus RC model introduced months ago will be powered by a 5.0-liter V8 engine that might produce at least 460 Hp. We'll have to wait a little bit more to get our hands on more information. But for now, here are some nice pictures.


Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge Revealed


Infiniti released the first official pictures as well as the first details of its Q50 Eau Rouge concept. There's no word on what powers the car yet but we are hoping for something that goes with the beastly look. Could this be the four door version of the NISMO GT-R?
