The guys at RC82 Workchop released this rendering of what the track focused XX variant of Ferrari's latest hypercar could look like. And the result is pretty amazing! Only 30 examples (that you can't actually bring home) of the Ferrari FXX based on the Enzo hypercar were produced at the price of nearly $1.8 million each.

The new LaFerrari costs nearly $1.3 million, so its XX variant could very possibly surpass $2 million.. In case you forgot how awesome LaFerrari is, click here.

LaFerrari that could have been...

Here's another LaFerrari prototype that could have become the real deal. This one is codenamed "Tensostruttura".

A total of 9 LaFerrari prototypes were being considered before Ferrari decided to go with a more conventional design featuring headlights similar to those of the 458 Italia and the F12 Berlinetta... Only two out of the nine prototypes were produced on a 1:1 scale. This one, and the "Manta" concept.

All You Need to Know About LaFerrari

It might be a message from Ferrari telling people who were unhappy with the F150 appellation to go f**k their selves.. So here it is, "LaFerrari", the fastest, most powerful, most advanced road going masterpiece ever made by Ferrari. THE Ferrari represents everything that Ferrari is.

The recently unveiled Lamborghini Veneno might look outrageous from the outside, but its shares its beating heart with the Aventador. But the new LaFerrari, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. While from the outside it might resemble the 458 Italia, inside it hides one of the most technologically advanced power trains ever put on a road car. And what a car, a 949 Hp beast combining 160 Hp of pure electric power with a 6.3-liter V12 producing 789 Hp.

When it comes to performance, the Enzo replacement sheds 5 seconds off its predecessor's time around the Fiorano test track, which is a lot since we are talking about a 2.9 km (1.86 miles) long circuit.

Just like its direct competitor, the McLaren P1, the Maranello engineers didn't focus on top speed in the first place. Instead, they focused their energy on making the new hypercar as aerodynamically efficient as possible. The result is a car that can sprint from 0 to 100 Km/h (62 mph) in less than three seconds with the 200 Km/h (124 mph) bar destroyed after just another four seconds. So who cares if the top speed is just 330 Km/h (205 mph) is the car is able to reach 200 Km/h even before you can finish saying that number...

So now the real question is, will it be faster than the McLaren P1?

Best F150 Rendering yet...

The rendering was created based on the latest teasers released by Ferrari, as well as several spy shots and spy videos. We think that the rendering could be more than 90% accurate.. But let's try to be patient and wait until the big reveal at the Geneva Motor Show next month so stay tuned!

The Ferrari F150's engine: Hear it!

Last week, we had the chance to hear what the McLaren P1's engine sounds like. This time it's the Ferrari "F150"'s turn to make us have an eargasm. And let us remind you that we are talking about a 800 Hp engine working with an electric motor producing 150 Hp. Which means that the driver will have a total of 950 Hp available when needed. The F150 will very possibly be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show next month, so stay tuned!

F150 or Not, it's Going to be Epic

"You can't compare this car: it's the top under every point of view. The highest point ever reached in terms of Ferrari technology and design".



That's what Ferrari's Technical Director Roberto Fedeli had to say about the upcoming Ferrari Enzo Successor, which can only raise our excitement for the presentation of the new KERS equipped hypercar later this month.

In the meantime, new details have emerged suggesting that the car will be inspired by the 1963 Ferrari 250 LM. If we'd like to go a little bit further, the 250 LM was the last Ferrari to take an overall victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1965. Which leaves us wondering if Ferrari is planning to return to Le Mans with an LMP1 version based on the "F150" knowing that the most successful team in the race's history, Porsche, is already preparing a factory backed LMP1 effort for the 2014 edition...

F150: The Ferrari Enzo Replacement Name Confirmed

The countdown to the unveiling of the Ferrari Enzo replacement has began! The Maranello dream car maker has already dedicated a new section in its website for the future +900 Hp hyper car. Perhaps the most interesting detail released to date is that the F150's height and wheelbase were reduced to match that of the 458 Italia despite featuring a V12 HY-KERS engine and dual-clutch gearbox.

All we can do right now is wait for more details to be released and use the pictures below and our imagination to guess what the next best thing from Ferrari will look like.
